We proudly serve Kyushu inspired style ramen broth which is made from a precise ratio of pork bones, chicken bones and other collagen that simmered for over 20 hours to provide the taste of creaminess, thickness and richness of the soup. With the special aroma and optimal texture of the 3 day aged noodle, it perfectly balances the taste of every ingredient in the bowl.
