Macelleria's The Butcher & The Winemaker Dinner

You won't want to miss the inaugural The Butcher & The Winemaker Dinner at Macelleria The Glen.

You will arrive at 6pm for a 6:30pm start with a sparkling wine on arrival, then a salumi board coupled with Chardonnay to tease your taste buds. From there you will move onto an entrée, consisting of gourmet sausages/skewers with salads to share, paired with a Pinot Noir. Then, you will move onto the main course where you will enjoy a meal of 1/2 Wagyu Rump paired with 1/2 Eye Fillet plus complementary sides to share – this is paired with Eldgee Cabernet Merlot. To finish the meal, a cheese platter will accompany a glass of Baillieu Shiraz.
