Dinner with The Butcher and The Winemaker

Macelleria is pleased to announce that they have partnered with Indigo Vineyard for their second Dinner with The Butcher and The Winemaker event at The Glen.

The Winemaker will be Indigo’s own Rob Hawkings, who along with butcher and Macelleria founder Peter Zaidan, will spend the night walking you through five courses of great Aussie produce and six of their best wines.

Valued at $150, you’ll get to sample some of Macelleria’s best produce, including salumi boards, duck sausages, wagyu rump steak, angus eye fillet and more, to be enjoyed with a selection of our finest reds, whites and sparklings.
