Black Friday Sales Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period and Participating Stores
The Black Friday promotional offers (the “Promotion”) are valid only during the campaign period announced by each participating MINISO Australia store and conclude at close of business on 1 December 2025. Please note that MINISO Arndale and MINISO Sunnybank Plaza will not participate in this Promotion. All other MINISO stores in Australia will participate.

Non-Stackable Offers
Unless otherwise specified, all discounts, offers, vouchers and coupons during the Promotion Period cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion (including but not limited to Miniso Rewards Program). An exception applies only to influencer gift vouchers authorised by MINISO Australia.

Product Availability & Quantity Limits
All promotional products and offers are available while stocks last. MINISO Australia reserves the right to limit the number of items that each customer may purchase.

Gift with Purchase
“Gift with Purchase” offers apply while stocks last and subject to availability. Such gifts are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or credit. If the designated gift is unavailable, MINISO Australia may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Refunds and Exchanges
Items purchased during the Promotion Period are not eligible for refund or exchange for change of mind. This clause does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including for products that are faulty, unsafe or not as described. Refunds or exchanges under those lawful circumstances will be processed based on the final amount paid after application of all discounts and promotional offers.

Amendment and Termination
MINISO Australia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment will be communicated to customers promptly via in-store notices.
