Customers should carefully inspect items before completing a purchase. Exchanges are restricted to faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility requires unwashed, unworn items with intact tags. Exchanges for reasons like a change of mind (including colour or size changes) are not permitted. During checkout, if customers later want to request an exchange or refund for items that renders them ineligible for the giveaway merch with purchase (GWP), they must return the GWP in original condition (unused and unopened) along with the items being returned.
