We also offer dedicated Sensitive Santa sessions, providing a quieter, more relaxed environment for children and adults who may benefit from a sensory-friendly experience.

Set Location and Parking
Ground Floor, near David Jones

For the most convenient access to our Santa photography experience, guests are encouraged to park in the David Jones car park on Lower Ground Mezzanine.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, customers attending pet photography sessions are asked to park in the Lower Ground Mezzanine car park and enter via the entrance near David Jones.

When travelling through the centre, please ensure pets do not use escalators or travelators, as paws can become caught in the comb plates. We recommend carrying your pet while using escalators or travelators, or alternatively using the lifts.

Following your session, we kindly ask that you exit the centre, as pets are not permitted to roam throughout the shopping centre outside of the designated event area.
