What is Parcel Concierge?

The Glen is offering you an easy way to collect all your online purchases from the convenience of your car. It can even be used for collecting products from our speciality stores such as fashion goods and household items.

There is one centralised collection point within the centre car park, you will be notified where your order should be collected at; simply follow the signage and parking bays within the car park.

Collection Point: Located in the Red Car Park which can be accessed off the High Street Road entrance (near the Springvale Road intersection). Please follow the Parcel Concierge signage.

For orders from Hello Kitchen, Macpac, Platypus Shoes, Skechers, Strandbags and The Butcher Club, please head to the marked Parcel Concierge waiting bays.

How do I access Parcel Concierge?

  • Step 1: Place your order with the participating store.

Hello Kitchen: Visit hellokitchen.com.au, add the products you would like to purchase to your cart, and during the check-out process, choose Click & Collect at The Glen as the option for collection. Alternatively, you can call the store directly on (03) 9988 6611 to manage the order.

Macpac, Platypus Shoes & Skechers: Visit their website, add the products you would like to purchase to your cart, and during the check-out process, choose Click & Collect at The Glen as the option for collection.

Standbags: View their products at strandbags.com.au and then call (03) 9802 3708 to place your order.

The Butcher Club: View their menu here, and call (03) 9887 7886 or email theglen@thebutcherclub.com.au to place your order.

  • Step 2: You will be contacted electronically and notified that your order is ready for collection, and asked to select a time to collect your goods.
  • Step 3: Arrive at your specified time and wait in the Parcel Concierge drive thru bay for your order to be delivered to you.
  • Step 4: Drive away and enjoy your purchase!
