Raph Rashid (aka The Snacc Boss), has been making his way through The Glen with his friend Jessica Nguyen but this time, they didn’t just come to eat. They came to research. Explore. Taste. Test. All in the name of creating something totally new – a snacc made just for The Glen, inspired by the classics and reimagined for now.

Raph was born to the snack life – or, as he’d call it, the snacc life. Growing up above a Malaysian restaurant in Melbourne, street food and street culture have been passions for him from an early age. He is one of Australia’s food-truck pioneers, and is also a celebrated photographer, a broadcaster, publishes his own magazine, and was inducted into the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Legends Hall of Fame as a trailblazer in 2013.

Jessica Nguyen is a home cook and food creative whose mission is to inspire people to cook, drink and throw parties. In 2021, Jess started sharing recipe content on Instagram and since then has amassed a cult-following of over 100k foodie followers!
