Raph Rashid

 Raph Rashid was born to the snack life – or, as he’d call it, the snacc life – growing up above a Malaysian restaurant in Melbourne. Street food and street culture have been parallel passions for him from an early age, whether it was graffiti, hawker stalls, skating or hip hop, and he can wax lyrical on how to produce doughnuts as readily as he can talk about the production on J Dilla’s Donuts. He is one of Australia’s food-truck pioneers, and his Beatbox Burger and Taco Trucks remain welcome sights at music festivals and on the streets of Victoria today. He’s also a celebrated photographer, a broadcaster, publishes his own magazine, and is husband to designer Beci Orpin and the father of two snacc sons, Tyke and Ari. He was inducted into the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Legends Hall of Fame as a trailblazer in 2013.

Mitch Orr is the creative force behind some of Sydney's most influential restaurants, from Duke to ACME and now Kiln on top of the Ace Hotel in Sydney and the Prince Dining Room in St Kilda. Mitch is known for his playful remixes on classic dishes hitting notes of nostalgia and discovery. He is a known princess with a love of tea and being pampered. Always pushing boundaries in pursuit of deliciousness.
