Travel around the world in one day with The Glen’s new open-air dining precinct, offering the cutting edge of modern Asian cuisine, authentic Mediterranean bites and Americana-style fare – open until late every day of the week.

Bia Hoi

The latest vision of renowned chef Jerry Mai, of Pho Nom and Annam fame, this Vietnamese beer house will be serving local beers brewed in Dandenong and Frankston alongside Vietnamese classics, together with a selection of small snack plates such as crispy pork skin, salted peanuts and dried squid, rice paper rolls and skewers.

Betty’s Burgers and Concrete Co. (Pictured)

Taste the sunshine with Noosa’s favourite burger export that serves soft Americana-style burger buns with juicy beef patties or crispy fried chicken, alongside thin-cut chips and concretes  rich and creamy custard ice-cream based desserts such as peanut butter brittle, chocolate hazelnut donut or lemon raspberry cheesecake.

Gami Chicken & Beer

Get your friends together for finger-licking chicken and awesome good times at Gami Chicken & Beer. Serving generous steins of tap beer from Thunder Road alongside every different type of hand-held chicken ever imagined such as whole chicken cut into pieces, boneless chicken, chicken spare ribs, wings, and even vegetarian chicken based on Gami’s signature fried soy meat.

Gong Cha

The Glen’s Taiwanese Gong Cha tea salon is one of more than 600 across the world, serving freshly brewed tea combinations including the signature milk foam tea, brewed teas, yoghurt and smoothies, together with a range of toppings including red bean, pearls, basil seed and lychee jelly to name a few.

You will want to take home the butcher that cooks for you after dining on Peter Zaidan’s Australian grainfed Wagyu rump steaks based on the famous Japanese Tajima Wagyu bloodline. Diners can also enjoy the type of premium Cape Grim eye fillet steaks served at the top end of town at a fraction of the price alongside delectable gourmet sausages such as duck and maple, chorizo, and pork chipotle to name a few.

Masizzim (Level 1)

Korean food yes, but not as you know it. Masizzim brings authentic Korean comfort food such as slow cooked meats with home-style sauces, braised ribs and traditional rice balls that are served true to the founder’s 63 year-old mother’s cooking using her actual secret sauce paste recipes.

Miss Pickles 1971

This Mediterranean grill will transport you onto the streets of Athens, Beirut, Tel Aviv and Cyprus as you enjoy the colours, aromas and flavours of each city in every bite. Think soft pita-wrapped souvlaki meats, mixed grills, fried halloumi, saganaki and calamari to boot.

Miss Ping’s

Enjoy panoramic views of the Dandenongs behind floor to ceiling glass at Miss Ping’s neon pink Thai eatery. Shujinko Ramen

An outpost of the Melbourne CBD’s popular late-night ramen house of the same name, diners can slurp on regular, black or spicy ramen served in true Tokyo Tsukemen style where the noodles are dipped in a separate bowl of thick bonito stock. Gyoza, melt-in-your-mouth char-grilled charsiu and boutique Japanese beers Asami Super Dry and Kikin Megumi round out the authentic taste of Japan.

Tina’s Noodle Kitchen

An extension of the Dainty Sichuan dynasty that has taken Melbourne by storm, Tina’s Noodle Kitchen offers oversized bowls of thick, tubular rice noodles originating from the Yunnan Provence of China floating in a flavoursome pork, chicken, vegetable or seafood stock as part of a range of meat and vegetable combinations together with other unique add-ons such as Wagyu, black fungus or a solid fried egg.
