As Jerry Mai's fourth restaurant, Bia Hoi is an interpretation of the local beer halls common throughout Vietnam. This community-focused suburban restaurant celebrates Vietnamese beer culture at lunch and dinner with a produce-led menu showcasing punchy Vietnamese flavours and a lengthy yet thoughtful selection of brews.
The term ‘Bia Hoi’ is the generic name for ‘draft beer’ in Vietnamese, and also the standard name given to neighbourhood beer halls in Vietnam. They are known for selling fresh beer brewed daily by nearby small-batch breweries and served from kegs often delivered on the back of a motorcycle. The mood is light and vibe relaxed, with a menu consisting of beer-friendly snacks and dishes. Jerry’s Mai’s Bia Hoi will be no different with a lively atmosphere and a menu reflecting traditional Bia Hoi dishes – casual, simple and best eaten with a few drinks and good mates.
